Has any ones Keyboard stopped working?

Has any one had the keyboard stop working? I Want to try a hard reset but I dont want to delete all my phones info if i dont really have to...

Yep. Took mine into store and ordered a refurb for free. It was only about 4 months old and in great shape. They gave me no problems with ordering a new one.

my keyboard has stopped working, my screen has gone blank... this is my third touch pro in 4 months... i hope anyone who owns one has insurance b/c these seem to be common issues with this phone
