If the GPS was enabled, It would work indoors.
because its relaying GPS info to the cell towers, and not speaking directly to any satellites. It's one of the few niceties of cellular GPS options.
The FM Radio works, no extra charge.
Howver the headphones need to be plugged in because they are the antenna.
I would think streaming audio programs over the wi-fi would be more fun.
