HTC Touch PRo vs Omnia

I am up for renewal with Verizon and can't decide between these two. Can the touch pro send/receive pic messages? I see that MMS isn't supported. Any problems with call clarity with the Verizon phone? Any help would be appreciated.

The Touch Pro and the Omnia can do mms. I just got my Touch Pro today and so far the call clarity seems strong. Better than my 6700. 🙂

I'm thinking the same thing. I have the HTC touch Pro, but may send it back for the Omnia...I know the screen is better on the HTC...but the Omnia has more memory and a FM radio built in...need to see the screen key pad on the omnia.

I read that they disabled the FM radio in the omnia. I haven't checked it out yet, but read it in this forum.

i have had the omnia since it came out...i love it...the only problem is the wifi just stopped workin...and my battery is dyin after like 2 hours, which has made me curious about a different phone...then i played with the touch pro and have decided that the omnia is for me! they keyboard is the best i have ever used on a touch screen and touch wiz is nice once you configure it...i have just a clock phonebook and calendar on my home screen...just waiting on my replacement device...i have had about 100 phones in my day, this is by far my favorite beating out my old nokia 6682 (lol) hopefully my info is helpful..

I tried both extensively today. I have decided on the omnia. It seems to have everything I want and the response time was better. You are right about the keyboard, after a little while I did well with it. I am so excited. I did hear that if you adjusted the screen so it wasn't so bright it helped with battery life a lot. Thanks for the info.
