It is a review of the phone. Verizon has disabled physical features of the phone. They have disabled the GPS, FM tuner, and cut the RAM by more than half. I would say that justifies giving a lower rating than the same phone from another provider. Phone scoop should create a different phone to be listed since the Verizon version is a physically different phone.
I would like to see how much RAM is now free after WM 6.1 and the HTC interface are loaded. I am guessing that it is something like 60 MB. And I wonder how the phone reacts, if it is very slow. I was looking forward to this phone, but now it looks like I am not going to get it. At least the Verizon version.
