Touch Pro Durability

I am considering getting the Touch Pro for Sprint. However when I went into the store to try it out the bottom part of the phone with the touch keys was very loose and the whole part moved when pressing. It kind of felt like the whole thing might fall off. Is this how the Touch Pro normally feels or was it because it was the store phone? Also is there any other durability complaints for those who have one? Thanks in advance.

Our demo phone here in the store is the same, you have to figure the phone is held tight together by a claw to prevent it from being stolen, plus several different people a day messing with it. I have this phone, and the device is solid. No defects ont the phone at all. Pretty solid device! You'll love it

The Demo model at my local Best Buy was also the same. Don't read too much into the condition of the display models...they are used and abused by everyone.

My 4 yr old kid was trying the best she could to destroy any phone she could get her hands on a few days ago when we were there...probably happens many times a day 🤣
