You have messages on your sim that have to be removed. You can do this by going to Menu>Messaging>Messages>Options>SIM Messages. Then delete all messages. You can always copy them to your inbox if you wish to keep them. At&t swapped my phone out 4 times before i got fed up with them and scoured the web to find a solution to this annoyance. Nokia was no help either by the way. Rolling Eyes Drooling
