Nokia E71 / E71x

Whenever I try to connect the E71x to Vista with the USB cable, it always shows up as an "Unknown Device" - even after I installed the PC Suite. I've tried all 4 USB modes on the phone: PC Suite, Mass storage, Image transfer, Media transfer.

So I have 2 questions:

#1 If anyone has been able to get the E71x recognized by 64bit Vista, how?

#2 Are there drivers for this phone that I can download?

I've tried both Nokia's and AT&T's tech support, but neither were able to answer.

I've tried 2 different cables, USB ports on the front, back, and attached hubs, and 2 different PCs (one Vista Ultimate, one Vista Business). Has anyone else had any luck?
