back plate removal
What is the actual supposed to do to remove the back?
I push one side across and one side pops up, then do the opposite and it kinda comes loose. Then I pull up and wiggle while pulling down and it comes off, with a lot of force. Surely thats not the right way.

Take your thumbnail and push the release button at the bottom of the phone, on the side where the back cover ends. You should hear a pop/click type sound and the cover should come up on one side. Do the same with the other side and there you have it. To put it back in, just push back down on either side at the bottom where the release buttons are and you'll hear two clicks letting you know its been secured. Hope this helps
