Unlock Iphone for T-Mobile
So tell me, what can't you do with the iphone if it is unlocked for T-Mobile service? It sounds like you can't even dowload any 3rd party apps or software for fear that the iphone might lock up again if you unlock it to use on T-Mobile service.

I work for at&t and I just had a customer walk in with an unlocked iPhone and he was pretty upset b/c he tried updating the the software and it was locked. And I have heared before that you can't get software updates if it's unlocked.

You can get the newest software you just have to wait tell they got the unlock version. Just dont be an idiot and update thru iTunes like a lot of people have done and then locked there phone up.
