Yeah no carrier will really insure any phone above $300 because it is just not cost effective but we have a work around with a different company.. It costs $69.99 for one year or $119.99 for two years which is actually insurance not APPLE CARE which is only an extended warranty. Warranty does NOT cover any physical or liquid damage.

AT&T no provides insurance on every phone we carry other than the iphone and go phones!

The insurance deductable goes up:

normal phones like a RAZR or Samsung 737 has a deductable of $50

Blackberrys, blackjacks, etc have a $125 deductable!

rhener7 maybe you should go back to new hire training????

Actually Viper you are wrong. There is a company that does insure iphones. They are a 3rd party insurance company. They will cover anything and everything including lost or water damage. Proves true that you dont know everything. Nice try!

😲 actually AT&T offer insurance on almost all devices. The Iphone is a Apple product and is subject to apple replacement policy. This insurance with AT&T is in tiers depending on what phone. Your deductible is either $50 or $125 depending on the lifecycle of the device. There is a PDF file that gives you a listing of the tiers.
