Samsung Rant M540

I have had my Rant for several months (actually I have only had my current Rant for a little over a month). My problems have always been that I only receive about 50% of my incoming calls, eventually the call goes to voicemail, I never receive a missed call notification, and then an hour or two later, I receive notification for a new voicemail. Also, I quite often, not always, have a couple hour delay in receiving texts. I have had several conversations with tech support and in store staff. We have reprogrammed the phone, done hard resets, soft resets, and then eventually replaced the phone. Only issue is, the problems did not go away with the new phone.

Funny thing is that my wife and I both got Rants at the same time and she has not had the issues that I have had.

Anyone else having the issues that I have had?
