FM Radio is not listed in their specs on the ATT Site, but i'm still holding out hope. The Sprint version definitely had it removed.

Anyone else that has/hasn't found it on their newly acquired toy?

The FM Radio software is not installed on the phone. The hardware, however, is there. You can get the software by downloading the cab here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php? p=2692292&postcount=204
