Yes, but you have to buy the $9.99 Intellisync add-on available in the "Desktop Interface" a dedicated Sidekick web page. It's a one time fee. It installs on your PC and syncs Calendar, Contacts and ToDo when you push a button. It does it over the air, not over the USB cable.
If you don't want to buy the sync software then you can import contacts etc. using the Desktop Interface but it's less convenient.
