Internal v. External Memory

Does anyone know how to access the phone's internal/external memory simultaneously? At least for now, when the SD card is in the phone, I can only access the external memory (SD card). If I take out the SD card, then I'm able to access the phone's internal memory. This is true whether I'm using Rhapsody or Window's Media Player.

It's a bit of pain taking out the SD card every time I want to access the internal memory. Does anyone know of an easier way? Thanks. Shocked
