You Know What I Think Would Make This Phone Great...

I love the form factor of this phone. There are just three things I wish this phone had:

No1-Support for EVDO Rev-A. If I'm not mistaken this phone only supports Rev-0.

No2-Support for more than 600 contacts. Seriously, I don't want to scroll trough my contacts and have to decide who does and who doesn't make it onto my phone. I'd like each one of their listings to be there so I have them when I need them.

No3-Windows Mobile OS. This would take care of my 600 contact problem and most likely would have been built with Rev-A support. But most importantly it would allow me to connect with my SlingBox. Orb would not be a solid replacement for this app. Just imagine how hot this thing would be running Windows Mobile 6.1 with a touch scre...

I think you have to get in touch with who the phone is geared towards. It is a consumer phone. I work in a Sprint store and very rarely do people have phone books larger than 200 contacts. That's about 1/3 of the capacity of the Lotus. Even PDA's people have around 100 to 200 contacts. Capacity issues are going to be very rare with this phone.

Sorry but if you have more than 600 contacts, you need a PDA to store them in, not a cellphone. Only thing I want improved on this phone is the headphone jack needs to be 3.5mm instead of 2.5mm. Now you have to go around searching for a 2.5 to 3.5 adapter. Also they haven't made a case for it yet.

Best Buy sells a 2.5mm adapter for LG that allows you to plug in your ear phones. It goes for about $20 in the store. I agree that it should have been 3.5mm like everything else. Either way, the phone is amazing.

Go to http://www.buywirelessnow.com/smartwireless/ -- My store sells cases for the Lotus, which are awesome. I have the clearshell on it right now and am very satisfied w/ the performance/protection. 😁
