Does Lotus Need A Special Ear Piece?

Is there a different headset plug for the Lotus? For some reason my connections will not stay in without holding by hand.

it uses the 2.5 mm plug that most cell phones use. No special adapter needed. If it's not fitting right, I suggest taking it back to the store to be exchanged, or at least checked out.
