Except those spec's match AT&T's hsdpa. But I'm sure it will come to both them and TMO. Since this isn't cdma, well as of yet, don't think its gonna hit VZW any time soon.

The specs say "GSM"; therefore, it won't be going to Verizon. Verizon is a CDMA carrier.
