Upgrade Price

Hi Everyone,
Need help. I want to upgrade one of my phones, which is eligible for an upgrade, to the Bold. When I try to do it on the at&t website I only see the $399 price without the rebate. When I use chat, they say that there is no rebate for upgrading, only for new customers. Is this correct? Do I have to go into a store to do this?

IDk about the online price but i know if you are eligible for a standard upgrade then it is $399.99 with a $100 mailin rebate with an unlimited data package on that line.

Ya but at best buy if your not the primary line on the account then you don't get that price. At&t doesn't discriminate on the phone price based on the primary or secondary factor. Best Buy only gives you a good price when you make them the most money. Go look at their price tags...

If you're eligible to upgrade, it definitely does not matter if the line is primary or secondary. The upgrade price is the upgrade price, regardless.
