Bold or Storm
I've been hearing mixed reviews about the Storm but I hear only superb things about the Bold. Which is the better phone? I heard there was some software issues with the Storm. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I have the Bold, and had a chance to play with the Storm this weekend, and in my opinion, there is no comparison. The Bold is easily the best smartphone I have ever had. The Bold is very quick, while the Storm, on the other hand, was PAINFULLY slow. The Storm's lag when switching from portrait to landscape was easily three seconds, looking up contacts was cumbersome, and remembering to press the screen until it clicked wasn't easy. This is something that I am sure they will work that out in time, but I'm also pretty sure AT&T will have it in time too. I'm not sure what makes the Bold's keyboard so different from previous BB's, but it is almost effortless to type on. The Storm's touchscreen, while different than other touchscreens, is s...

Just a quick thought here but i completely agree with what kboho had to say. I work for at&t and we have heard nothing but storys of complaints and returns about the storm. and those people normally end up with a bold. great overall smartphone. no lag whatsoever!

I happen to think its a tough choice, but I bought the Bold on Election Day and haven't been sorry one bit. I did play with the Storm, and did notice a lag on the touch screen but I do like the hardware. I think in time it will be wonderful.
But, if I had to buy a new BB today, it would be the Bold.
