Same here. I bought a black one and had it about 3 weeks and noticed that all of the black paint or coating around the edges of the top half has started flaking off. I took it back to the store yesterday and am just going back to my old phone until the other new phones come out for AT&T in the fourth quarter of this year. I saw several on an internet site that I want to try. They should be in the stores in November.
