I just had my Pantech do the same thing on me. The screen went totally white but as yours does, the phone itself still works. AT&T says they can't help me...go figure....but I'm like you, if someone with one of these phones can tell me step by step and how many times to scroll down over etc, I will be able to copy my contacts to my sims card and have them back again. Can anyone tell me the steps PLEASE???????
