I SERIOUSLY doubt it. ATT keeps having problems with software issues with the n95 so Im pretty sure they will have the same problems with this phone, plus ATT will keep riding the apple horse for as long as it can, I don't think they will invest in a phone like this when they didn't on either n95 and the SE k850.

The true reason why N95 never went to AT&T was that Nokia Maps is already preloaded on the handset and AT&T wanted their AT&T Navigator in the N95...Nokia returned to AT&T with Navigator with Nokia Maps in the background...what AT&T didn't like was that with 30 button presses, you were able to find Nokia Maps. THE N95 NEVER WENT TO THE LAB...SE K850 WENT TO THE LAB AND FAILED!

I hope not..I like them unbranded and unlocked. ATT wants Nokia to stop allowing free GPS and Nikia won't comply with thier flagship phones....so the answer is no.

You know I agree with you also. ATT does try to cripple the phones and I am happy that nokia is fighting it. I sucks paying so much for an unlocked phone but I do it anyways. Right now working off an n95-3 with 8gb micro sd card and plenty of simpsons episodes on it. I have even seen att sell phones that can use an 8gb card but they have it blocked to nothing over 2gb.

NO lol nokia will sell this phone the same as the n95 UNLOCKED, this phone will just make the iphone look bad and why would ATT do that?
if you want a REAL phone you have to buy it manufacture direct.
