My guess is 4 to 6 months for the 850/1900.
Good news is the price will drop by then.
I think the only way you see that 1700/2100 is if T-Mobile signs up to pick up the phone, then maybe Nokia would make it in a tri-band HSPDA 900/1700/2100. Wouldn't hold my breath for that though since T-Mobile in U.S. is still implementing 3G 1700.
