looks like it does because it has the edge data package like the palm centro and wifi capability.

Well the N95 does so I would guess this one does too. Nokia's browser is very nice.

I've never seen the N95 in action. How is the web browser compared to Safari?

VERY similar. I read that they use the same technology for the information in safari as nokia uses for the web browser. I like the look of the silver n95 better than the glossy black finish of the n96.
