Know anything about the extended battery for this?

Since others had complained about battery life - here and on other sites I asked the rep when I bought the phone. He (of course) said he didn't know of any problems and advised the following: Biggest problem with battery life was that folks charge the battery before it runs down. And/or charge for a few minutes then talk for a few then charge... This was especially bad when the battery was new. He said to let the battery run all the way down and then charge it fully the first couple of times. I've done that and I still have to charge nightly. The manual said that some batteries perform best after several full cycles. So I've been trying to give it some time.

I don't do a whole lot besides talk. Very little text and only some looking for ring tones that I am having to purchase from Verizon...AGAIN. Don't use bluetooth. I was hoping to be able to use this as my MP3 player as well but my hopes are being crushed on the jagged rocks below!

I was going to give it another week and then go back to Verizon if it hasn't improved.
