Tropicaisland I read your review glad you like your phone! I think this is the best verizon phone in years! I'm so happy with mine too.

The number five key number is depressed for a reason, it's so the blind can have a starting point, it's normal! Don't worry about 4 &7 keys being a little dimmer..mine is like that too!
