A Joke Right?

This is the most outdated phone both looks and features I've seen released this year. Someone please tell me that VZW isn't serious about marketing this phone? Who would buy it? It looks like it was pieced together by a bunch of toddlers at playtime 🤣

I certainly have to agree with you there! What do you think of the Adventure 750? Isn't it so much better looking than the Blitz? I have the 750, still on my 30 day trial, but I feel I will keep this phone. Let me know your opinion. Verizon lately has been coming out with some really weird looking phones. I have been in an AT&T store, and I must say they have good looking phones. I like Verizon, but come on, start coming out with a lot more attractive phones, please!!! 🤣

Teens who want to text but don't have a lot to spend.

I'm not disagreeing that the phone is goofy looking, but there are some cases that parents won't spend $200+ on a phone to text on.
The slide and keyboard is going to appeal to a lot of young folks and the price will appeal to parents.

Sure is ugly though...

Man as wicked ugly as it may look I sold 4 of them on Saturday. Its got a real smooth slide unlike a lot of slider phones (samsung) that usually are tossed off for free not to mention its very user friendly which appeals to a lot of the older generations. for the price its not a bad buy if you are a heavy txt message user. otherwise the sound quality is really good and although its missing .1 mega pixel from the standard 1.3 this phone comes fully equipped with a data cable so although its slightly worse at least it wont cost you to download your pictures to your computer which is a common problem in a lot of phones. when closed the it looks really goofy but when opened it resembles a blackberry curve and is nearly the same size as well... s...

I actually played with one in the store today, and I really liked it. A lot. If they sold it in grey or black it would be better, but I'm seriously considering this phone. And I'm not a "poor teenager." Wish there were some more reviews posted of it, though. Anyone??

I'm glad you said that. I am not some poor teen that needs a new phone. I like this phone because people think it is strange. Which means not a whole lot of people will buy it. And that means I might be one of the only people in school with the phone. Just like the kid with the iPhone. (Except different, but you get the point.)

I played with it and it has a pretty snappy operating system. Nice, compact, and of course different.

One question to someone who as actually used the phone: If you text really fast on this, will it get it all in or leave some out like the LG Rumor?

Not sure what you mean - you can type very fast on this - it remembers past things you typed and if you just hit the space bar, it fills everything in for you, which is great. You can type FAST, but only the 1st 160 characters will go in a text message,it cuts off after that. Does not support enhanced text messaging. Hope that answered your question...

Yeah. It did, thanks. I was just wondering because with the Rumor, you wouldn't type super fast at all. So it doesn't do anything special at all with text? (Smileys, graphics, colored text, etc)

Yes, you can change the color of the font, or the background, and there are little black and white faces and graphics you can put in text messages also...it's really not a bad little phone. It's pudgy but I really like it.

Whew. I thought it was going to be like a normal phone that couldn't do that. It looks really different (squarish) which is why I like it too.
