Need help transferring music

Samsung jetset R550. I need help transferring music from my PC to the phone. I've tried already with no luck. On the computer it says that I have the mp3 files saved on the mem card, but when I put card in my phone there is nothing under the music player. Already formatted the card in the phone. and I used Real player to try to transfer the files. Please help

Format it, put it in a card reader and transfer to the folders My_Music, My_Pictures etc...
