I'd love this phone even more if my e-mails were seperated from my text msgs. Can someone help me out.

You need to separate your email from your text messages, it is in the settings menu you will have 2 icons one for text and one for email.

Open your Messages folder and push the menu button. Go to Options > General Options. Scroll to SMS and Email Inboxes and select Seperate.

I have mine so they're separate, however I still have the "Messages" folder. This means I have 3 folders - email messages, SMS/MMS, and Messages. Is there any way to get rid of the Messages folder? It's annoying because when I get a missed call for example, I can view it in the call log (which is what I normally do), but I also have a message icon and I need to go in the Messages folder to look at it there too. So it's like I need to check everything in 2 places before it will clear.

No you are not able to remove/delete the "Messages" folder as this is the root folder and all the other folders feed from that folder so thus it cannot be removed/deleted.
