I'm looking to get into the blackberry world. I'm with verizon and am thinking about the 8830 curve. If anyone can help and let me know what you think of this phone or if there is a better one out there. I have seen the bold on this site but not sure if it will be offered with verizon.

The CDMA version of the bold will not be out until 2009 (rumored to be May 09). Other than that, the only other BB coming out on verizon in the next 6 months is the pink curve and the all touchscreen BB Thunder (november)

The CDMA Bold is tentatively "supposed" to be released 4th quarter on Sprint. Well see about that one. If it's anything like the Curve release it may be June 2022.

I just got my Red Curve 8330 w/Sprint about 2 weeks ago coming from a Mogul . . .it is DA BOMB!!!! 😁
I can't stop playing with it, but the only problem I've had is trying to download fun games to it . . .I really had no problem adjusting from the touch screen feature of the Mogul . . .
