Got my Curve yesterday need Help

Most of the time I just lurk , but now I need help. This is my first smart phone and I am having trouble learning how to set ring and and vibrate as well as getting incoming messages email etc. to give me a sound alert. I have tried and can not find the way. Other then that I really like this phone. I also need help on how to install the Opera Min Browser.
Verizon was very kind to me and gave me my ne2 five months early as well as a data discount. The curve cost me just fifty plus a new two year contract.
I am hoping that someone on this forum can help. 😕 😕

for the ringtones and such you need to go to your "profiles" that's where you can tweak what you want in terms of sounds, volume, and vibrate.

for opera mini just google it and that will take you to the website to d/l. I think its miniopera.com but im not positive. I've got it and really haven't gotten too into how it works yet... Have fun with your Curve!

Thanks for the response. I did figure out how to set things. My settings were set to mute. All is just right now.
I am on the Verizon network.
Did you know that you can set your curve to lock when ever you put it in the holster? Also you can have it turn off and restart at different times for the week days and week end. This Curve is really a great phone. I also found a place for free ring 😁 tones.WWW.tunesin.com

go to settings for the auto on/auto off. And im not sure about the autolock off hand...but it is an option some where.

Just play with the phone, go through every menu, every icon, and every setting. thats the best way to learn a new device, especially a blackberry.
