Recieved my phone last night, sending it back tonight

It took me only a few hours to realize that "Blackberry" is not for me.

Some issues I have with it that I really liked about the Q.

- When archiving e-mails from Outlook inbox to personal folders, mail does not delete on the phone. I don't like having two inboxes with different information in each. They should be synced at all times in my opinion.

- I don't like the fact that the mail does not get seperated into seperate folders (e.g. inbox, outbox, sent items, etc). The fact that all my inbox and sent messages, as well as all my text messages and POP3 messages all appear in the same message folder is not desirable for me as I prefer to keep my work account and personal accounts seperate.

- The calender, in my opinion, is less...

Blackberry is not for everyone. I will try to help you and see if you like my answers

1. 2 mailbox issues - I am assuming you are using a POP3 email address. If you don't want seperate mailboxes then you might want to see if you can switch to an IMAP server. That is what I am using. Between my blackberry and my 2 computers the mailboxes are always the same. It knows when they have been read and everything.

2. Folders issue - When you are in the message window press the menu button and choose options. Under general options you will see hide sent message and hide filed messages. Set both those to yes. That way in your message window you will not see sent and saved messages. Also under general settings you will see SMS and Em...

Two more questions. Is there a way to seperate out enterprise e-mail from POP3 e-mail? My corporate and gmail accounts get dumped into the same mailbox.

Is there a way to program one of the covenience keys to become the 'reconcile now' feature?
