Desktop Manager
Is anyone having trouble working with the Desktop Manager for the Sprint Curve. I loaded the progam on my hard drive but for some reason the program doesn't see the phone when I plug it into the USB port. The computer detects the phone but the Progam won't. What am I doing wrong? âšī¸

I was having same problem with mine and yes unpluging and connecting usb worked great but tech support told me to avoid this tottaly make sure the desktop manager is open before connecting the phone. I did this and never had a problem again.
