Ok so it looks like I'm going to go with VZW for the Curve. What plan should I get it with? I want the unlimited minutes but is there a plan that combines data and text? What is the difference between the $29.99 and the more expensive data plan. Thanks.

You most likely only need the cheaper 30 dollar plan. Thats for personal email. The $45 is for use with a corporate Enterprise server.
The bundles don't seem that competitive. I would get a minutes/texts plan combined, then add blackberry service. Thats what I do and it works out pretty well.
