🤤 JUST LEFT THE SPRINT STORE IN NORTH BERGEN NJ, THE PHONES ARE IN THE STORE BUT NOT TO BE SOLD UNTIL TOMORROW DUE TO INVENTORY STOCKING AS PER THE MANAGER. SO ALL THESE RUMORS OF SPEAKING TO REPS AND SO ON CAN STOP. THE MANAGER DID SAY THAT SOME STATES AND CITIES GET THEM BEFORE OTHERS!!! I WILL BE THERE FIRST THING AT 10:00AM TO GET MINE, GOOD LUCK GUYS

I just called my friend who works at a Sprint store and he stated that no inventory has arrived as of yet. His store is getting bombarded with calls and people showing up wanting the device. Also Sprint's policy is usually to release a new device online first followed by releasing the device in stores usually the following Sunday. If this holds true than April 20th is sure looking good.

Yes, I just chatted w/the Rep from Sprint and she told me to go to SPRINT.COM and click on the "About Us" link and then "New Releases" and for the 04/01/08 link on that page, it's about 11 paragraphs down . . .so hopefully, this is it, guys & gals! April 20th! and the pricing looks like it's gonna be $179.99 w/a 2-yr. contract agreement, the Rep said that's for existing customers also, but I've never been able to get the lower rates for the new phones whether I signed up for a new contract or not, so, I calculate $449.99 if you look at the price info listed in the communication . . .Good luck fello Curve awaiters! LOL!

Not sure . . .never had the Pearl, but what kept me from getting it is the keyboard . . .I like the fact that each letter has it's own keyboard . . .guess the Mogul has spoiled me in that way, but I just don't like the clunkiness of the Mogul . . .

Me either! I will miss the touch-screen function, but it won't be long before I get over it! LOL! I can't wait to get the Curve, as I said before, I was going to leave Sprint to go to AT&T just for the curve, but I'm glad I waited b/c I love Sprint's coverage & plans & the rates for those things . . .plus, Sprint is getting the "newer" version of the Curve! 😁

So that means straight out the box with video. It's going to be great to text with one hand while driving. With the mogual you need both hands because it's so heavy and your thumb doesn't reach the other side of the keyboard.

There isn't a definite date yet but it definitely wont be on the 20th. That's coming from a sprint rep. When its on sprint.com then it will be available to all. That is from telesales' month.

I have the Curve through at&t and I love it. Can't wait until this phone comes out with Sprint so I can get it and use the GPS. That's my only complaint about the 8300 I have now.

Honestly, I was looking at the Pearl and I see that the only difference is the keyboard. If it is released after the plan expires, then I'll get a Pearl. I would just have to get used to the keyboard setup.
