How does this compare to the Pearl or World Edition Blackberry?
I currently have used Pearl 8130. I am still not a fan of the keyboard. I have been looking at getting the world edition blackberry that VZW offers. What makes the curve different from these two models? I apologize if this is redundant in this forum, but i am having a hard time trying to figure out what the big differences are and why there is such hype about the curve (granted it is a nice phone).

Pearl and Curve are consumer phones, with features like camera, 3.5mm headphone jack, and externally-accessible memory card slot.
The 8800 series are business phones, with no camera, etc.
The differences between Curve and Pearl are mostly the keyboard and size. If you like the features of the Pearl but not the keyboard, then the Curve is made with folks like you mind.

also adding to what Rich said, the Curve is also smaller than the bulky 8800 series, and the Curve has a "spaced-out" qwerty keypad, whereas the keys on the 8800 series are not spaced out.

Also, the 8330 does not have the international capability of the 8830.
