I have the same problem with my phone ringing and vibrating. It will do one or the other, but not both. I know how to set it to vibrate, but when I do, it turns the ringer off. I had vibrate mode on this morning, and when my alarm went off, all it did was vibrate. And yes I had the ringer on too. I had the Voyager previously, and had no issues with this. ANy suggestions?
