I have a question pertaining to v03 software vs. v04 software. My env 2 has v03 software and i also suffer from loss of notepad info. Verizon in an attempt to solve my problem suggested i go to the store and have v04 loaded into my phone. From what I read it sounds like that wont solve the problem. Is there any other reason to download v04. Thanks for your help. My phone knowlegde is minimal.

I suggest that you read the V04 Software thread just a few lines from here. Your question has been answered there a few times.
