Front Keypad Malfunction

I was wondering if anyone can help me out here.
I've had this enV2 for a few months now and I have recently been having problems with the front screen. It started out fine, eventually the "OK" button stopped working to a point where had to press it a few times before it would work. Now it, along with the zero, star, and pound buttons are failing to function altogether.

Please reply, any advice would be appreciated.

I'd say there are two things you could try on your own. Do a soft reset by taking the battery out with the phone still powered on. None of your information is at risk and it basically "refreshes" the software and error checks when it comes up.

Second, you can try the software update to rule out any possible help from it. As far as I know it's strictly an update and not a full re-install, so even if it IS a software issue it may not take care of it. It's worth a shot though.

If you still have issues, I'd calls verizon warranty. Keypad issues are very common warranty issues and I'm sure they'd be able to replace it if need be; of course if there is no physical or liquid damage.

this is late, but just recently those same exact buttons broke on me. I just took it to verizon and got a new phone from warranty.
