the service code is all zeros, the secret menu allows you to adjust some of the settings on the phone ie change to just 1x instead of 1x and evdo.

I would link to a better resource but I'm at work and I can't access it but all you have to do is type in env2 secret menu in google and you should get some answers.

there is also a post on howardforums that may help.

To help TOOLbob out since he was at work, I'll post some additional details about the menu.

What I mostly use that menu for is editing my WAP settings for mobile web. It also contains diagnostic aides, data settings, phone/network settings, Media Center settings.

It's not something to play with and change around for fun though. You can mess things up by going in and playing around with the wrong menus. Best advice is that if you don't need to go into that menu, don't. If you have a need to, like editing WAP settings, find a good tutorial to follow.
