Space bar and speakrphone questions...
Anyone upset with placemnet of the space button---it should be in the middle. I keep hitting the wrong button thinking it is a space.
Also, anyway to use speakerphone/bluetooth with the phone closed?
Those are the only cons I can think of at this time...

You have a choice of two Space keys. Both work fine and you'll be used to them in no time.

No, you can't use the speakerphone with your phone closed, although with the volume up you may not miss it with the flip closed in a quiet environment.
