no, it's not just you. I have contacted Motorola, tech support for Verizon and have been to the main verizon store to see if they had software updates. I was told that Motorola dropped the ball and forgot to include that when they made the phone. They put the access to it, but didn't have the software for it. The guy said they will probably come up with a software patch for it. I hope so.
