We just recieved some of these phones at my store...junk. What a cheap piece of crap! lol. I dont usually hate on phones, as one persons garbage is anothers treasure. But cmon moto! Lets see something revolutionary for a change!! The razr has been out for nearly 4 years, and this is the best follow up you can come up with? No wonder 80% of the phones VZ is selling are LG. 🤣

I haven't gotten in any in my store just yet, but I have played with our dummy models. Seems like a better phone that they've made in the past!

But still, Motorola is going under for a reason and I will sell someone a Palm Treo before I sell them anything Motorola! 🤣 🤣

When will people stop commenting on the crystal clear voice? It's the network! Duh!

I'll tell ya, when compared to something like the Samsung u550. They're basically the exact same. Both feature wise and the general look to them. Still, Motorola as a company royally messed up on the V3. Anytime I see a customer with one of those I'm 90% sure that there is a battery problem. Hope it doesn't mess up on this phone. But otherwise, for those of us who don't need over the top touch screen and the flip up keyboard, this phone is extremely complete and should fit for most customers looking for a good quality phone for a whole lot cheaper then something like the EnV or Glyde

ROFL... you obviously haven't been in the business very long or just don't know your stuff. Motorola makes the W lineup as a lower end series which has NEVER and WILL NEVER have revolutionary material. So to say that it is garbage and say that Motorola doesn't know what it's doing is absurd.
Is there stock bad? Yes. Is there marketshare depleting? Yes. But Motorola is a company that has been around for quite some time and I wish some people would realize that they WILL be back... they are the only real competitor in the phone market out of the US and it would be a real shame to see them go...

Well, no matter what is happening with Moto, I have had LG (plastic garbage) phones, and good LG phones (the enV and Venus); and I've had garbage Samsung phones and good Samsungs (the Alias), and I still come back to Motorola because I like the menus, they are user-friendly, they do what I need without a million whistles and bells that I've paid for and then just not needed or used. At the end of the day, I need a phone that works, itapen is a treat to use compared to Word, and I bought this phone the second I saw it, and so far I am very pleased....so maybe junk is what the customers want???

Looks like a troll wandered over from the LG forum 🙄 I've owned LG's. I've owned Motorolas. I only buy Motorolas now because I need phones that actually get reception. LG's don't work at my house. Motorola's work perfectly with crystal clear reception. Maybe the people at LG should learn how to design an antenna before they start designing actual phones.
