video resolution
the specs say the video resolution is qvga, but how do you set it to qvga in the phone menu? i dont seem to be able to select video resolution in the menu.
...
you probably have to open the camera application. switch to video, then go into options, go to settings, and in there should be a setting to change the video resolution probably "video quality" or something. The settings might be something stupid like "High" or "Normal". They couldn't tell you "320x240" 15FPS. No, that makes too much sense.
...
in the video settings, theres "Length", "Default video name", and "Memory in use." none of those affect the video resolution.
...
anything in the user manual?
...
when you go into video and then go into options, then settings, and then video, the video length is directly correlated to resolution. Or at least that's what i gathered from attempting to change it and then getting a message that said something about resolution.
...
in both short and maximum modes, the video resolution is still 176x144. the quality might be better with maximum, but in the video details still report it as 176x144.
...
The description that says qvga is for the lcd display on the phone...not the resolution that you can take a video in.
...
