Outlook Sync
Can you sync this phone with Outlook if you buy a data cable? Either way, do you know of any current ATT phones that can do this but are not smartphones? Thanks

Sort of.
I bought the micro USB cable, downloaded "PC Suite" off of the Nokia website (google it), and set up PC Suite to sync from my Outlook. All of my contacts came over just fine. I haven't checked my calendar to see if it sync'd.
Sync'n with Outlook was one of the main features I was looking for in a phone and I'm glad I got the 6650 Fold.
