Thanks. Naturally, it's not in warranty condition. It might have been if they'd had the accessories on the market from the beginning. I had the phone just a couple days less than a month when I went in the first time to complain. That DAY I put a cold bottle of water in my purse. The condensation leaked into the phone and voided the warranty. Crying or Very sad I never even knew it was damp - that's how little water there was. If I had been able to buy a carrying case along with the phone - like I always do! - that wouldn't have happened. I don't care how good future products are, I won't buy a Kyocera ever again. Evil or Very Mad
