Please, any one in the Detroit area, do not buy this for Metro PCS, it was recalled for a lot of problems and who ever has them for sale are more than likeley older models that weren't sold. I have no idea if we're getting them in any more, i sold 12 the first week, i returned 11 that same week.

Are you a dealer or company store?

If I bought mine at a dealer will a company store exchange it?

I took mine to the original seller complaining about not holding the charge but he offered only to give me a discount on a new battery - which they didn't have in stock even a month after I bought the phone. A month later I checked with a few other dealers & still nobody has the carrying case, house chargers, phone chargers or batteries.

If they're bringing it out again, has it been fixed or what?

The problems have been fixed, (their words, not mine) and as long as your phone is in warranty condition, u can exchange them at a corporate store for $10.00.

Thanks. Naturally, it's not in warranty condition. It might have been if they'd had the accessories on the market from the beginning. I had the phone just a couple days less than a month when I went in the first time to complain. That DAY I put a cold bottle of water in my purse. The condensation leaked into the phone and voided the warranty. 😢 I never even knew it was damp - that's how little water there was. If I had been able to buy a carrying case along with the phone - like I always do! - that wouldn't have happened. I don't care how good future products are, I won't buy a Kyocera ever again. 👿

😕 That's my luck - buying from a dealer who never bought the extra stuff.

So what's new & improved - how are the new batch better? What was wrong with the batch I mine came from? Why'd they pull them? Did they repair those or are these brand new manufactured phones?

Is there anything I can do to get a replacement? Complain to the Attorney General? (someone suggested that.)

Would getting a new battery help or is the phone itself defective?

The echo when the other person is on headset, and sometimes when no one is, just drives me nuts. What can I do about that?

Sorry, that's a lot of questions, but when you depend on something like we use these phones, it's just maddening when they don't work. My brand new bluetooth didn't ...
