Yes, when you type in T9 on this phone, it will remember words that you created previously. You might have to click the "next" button to get to it, but it should show up as one of the words after you type it.
As far as the vibrate, I'm not sure about that, however - I have noticed that even if you have the ringer on LOW it is really loud - more like the HIGH setting for volume. Have you heard anything about this?
