That's like asking which is better in a comparison of an Audi R8 and a Chevy Corsica.

The A310 is no longer offered and is in a whole different category than the decoy. What matters is what you need your phone to do.
From a features standpoint, the Decoy. But if you just need a phone that makes calls and takes calls, then the a310 I suppose.
