Other person not hearing you, you can hear them
I occasionally have this problem. It is usually after I have been talking for several minutes. Anyone have any ideas? I wasted too much time with Net 10 and they keep saying I have no reception. I keep trying to tell them it happens when I have 4 or more bars of signal but I don't know if the support person really understood me (language barrier?).
Anyone have any ideas? A friend put an extra antenna in his phone( same exact phone) and now he says it rarely happens, his wife has same phone and has not put the antenna in it yet and continues to have this problem.
